Klymit, Rightline Gear, and WaterPort Product Policies 

Warranty Coverage:

Your Klymit, Rightline Gear, and WaterPort products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the life of the product, as determined by its use and care, not its age. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

What We Cover:

    • Defects in materials and workmanship discovered during the warranty period.

What We Don't Cover:

    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Commercial use.
    • Corrosion.
    • Misuse, neglect, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Failure to follow care instructions.
    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
    • Loss or theft of the product.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, free products, or products outside the United States.

Return Policy:

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return most new, unopened items.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
