Oversized and LTL Freight: For certain items, such as rooftop tents and oversized products, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping. It's important to note that LTL freight shipments require careful scheduling and coordination.
Delivery Exclusions: To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we regretfully cannot ship to PO boxes and military bases. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy:
We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you decide to return an item for any reason, please follow our easy return process:

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid return shipping fees. If an order is cancelled after items have shipped, it will follow our 30 Day Return policy and may incur return shipping costs.
