What We Cover:
- Defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
What We Don't Cover:
- Damage caused by:
- Lack of proof of purchase
- Force majeure events (storms, fire, etc.)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation
- Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or tampered serial numbers
- Products from unauthorized sellers, free products, or products outside the purchase region
- Cosmetic defects that don't affect functionality
- Battery cell failure due to improper charging (see full policy for details)
Returns & Cancellations:
- You can return any unopened product within 30 days for a full refund.
- A small transaction fee may apply (see full policy).
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours before shipment.
